underwhelming experience
polite staffbroken sinkmissed room
the staff was polite on reception.
The sink in my room was broken when i arrived, water would not drain. the room was missed by housekeeping twice, so towels were not replaced and the room was not cleaned. this lack of attention to detail was quite unpleasant. it really detracted from what i expected.

the staff was friendly, i will give them that!
when i asked about the breakfast rate at check-in, they quoted one price. then they made me pay a higher rate later! it felt a bit like a bait and switch, and the receptionist didn't seem to care. it was quite annoying, really.
